Wouter Witvoet


Wouter is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EV Technology Group. Before starting EVTG, Wouter Witvoet co-founded DeFi Technologies Inc, which bridges the gap between centralized and decentralized finance. Defi Technologies is listed in Canada under ticker NEO:DEFI. Wouter founded and has led Secfi, a San Francisco based FinTech company and the market leader in financing for start-up employees. Secfi has invested over US$480M in start-ups (DoorDash, Palantir, Uber, Snowflake, and more). Witvoet has a background in computer science and graduated from the University of Cambridge.

Olivier Roussy Newton


Olivier is a co-founder and President of EV Technology Group. Before starting EVT, Olivier Roussy Newton co-founded DeFi Technologies Inc, which bridges the gap between centralized and decentralized finance. Defi Technologies is listed in Canada under ticker NEO:DEFI. Olivier founded and led HIVE Blockchain Technologies, the first crypto mining company to list publicly in 2017. He is the Managing Director of BTQ, AG and Founder of Latent Holdings.

Will Harris

Group CMO

Will Harris is a leader who helps companies get closer to their customers and consumers in an ever-changing technology landscape. Will is the founder of Bridge F61, a consultancy specialising in business strategy. marketing strategy, go-to-market strategy,, marketing execution and performance analytics. Previously, Will served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Karhoo, a start-up in the automotive space, and Battersea Power Station. Will is a Non-Executive Board Director of the London Library and Nottingham Trent University. Will earned his BA from the University of Nottingham.

David Maher

VP Corporate Development

David began his career at McKinsey & Company, serving as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey’s Private Equity and Digital Transformation practices. David has since specialised in leadership roles in M&A, strategy and marketing in growth stage companies. He worked as Head of Marketing Operations at Lazada Group (Alibaba), the leading e-commerce player in South-East Asia, where he helped lead marketing efforts across 6 South-East Asian countries, as the company grew past a US$3B valuation. Subsequently, Mr Maher was Vice President of DeFi Technologies (NEO:DEFI), responsible for corporate development, leading M&A activity as the company grew to a market cap of over C$800M. David completed his Masters of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and read degrees in Law and Politics at the University of New South Wales.

Willy Gruyelle

VP Operations, CEO MOKE France

Willy is an experienced business leader in the advisory and luxury goods sectors. Will was a manager at Mawenzi Partners, an exclusive boutique consultancy in France, advising clients across sectors on their strategic challenges. Prior to this, Willy was the Area Sales Manager for Cartier in Israel and Africa as well as a UK Retail Manager for The Estee Lauder Companies. Will earned his Masters in Science and Business Management from ESSEC Business School.

Dan Burge

Chief Product Officer

Dan Burge is the Chief Product Officer of EV Technology Group. Dan Burge is a highly experienced global automotive industry executive, with over 20 years of high-level commercial, operational and technical roles. Dan is joining from Radford where he was CEO. Dan previously served as Commercial Director of Lotus Engineering, a global leader in automotive engineering and product development. In addition Dan has held senior commercial and programme roles at Williams Advanced Engineering and Prodrive Automotive Technologies.

Mark Stubbs

Head of Design

Mark Stubbs is Head of Design at EV Technology Group. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in automotive design, working for major OEMs such as Ford, Nissan, Bugatti, and GM. Before joining EVTG, Mark was the Founder and Chief Designer at Radford Motors and notably relaunched the luxury coachbuilder in 2021. Mark also owns automotive design studio Form Design operating in the UK and California, and supports many OEM’s start up EV manufacturers in on concept and production. Mark earnt his Masters in Automotive Design at Coventry University.
